Hi Starr! Welcome Back :)

I had a killer headache last night - so i didn't stick to my exercise plan and eat my proper dinner. Ended up indulging in dumplings  and noodles

Oh well, today is another day! Having said that, I am sticking to the lunches 100%, Dinner is a different story, for today and tomorrow.

Tonight i have a friend coming over for dinner, so i'm going to try as hard as i can to stick to my meal - tomorrow friend is cooking us dinner...

Gosh I have a feeling that this 2nd phase isn't working as well as the first. I'm not sure, but i have also just finished ttotm so im probably heavier still!

I can't wait to start stage 3 on Friday! Seems alot easier! At least they give me better options so that i can include a decent breakfast!

Hope you girls are all well
xx

Got a quick question! If I freeze bread - Will I be able to use again without toasting? or will it be super soggy!?

Hey MJ,

I freeze bread all the time. I defrost it the night before & the next morning when I make the kids school lunches, it's just like 'fresh' bread. It's best to freeze it when it is still fairly fresh, not when you've had it for a couple of days.

Hi ladies.
Sorry I've been away from work hehe so away from computer!!

OTD, The first stage of the diet was amazing! I lost 2kgs! But do to my inability to control myself gained 1kg back on that weekend! The second stage - i found harder (even though it was supposed to be more easier) I didn't stick to it 100% I'd say i did it for 2 days at 100% then ate what they recommended for lunch and whatever i wanted for dinner.

Then from Friday onwards, I just ate what I would normally eat. This week I didn't exercise except for Monday! So now i'm up 400gms!

66.9kg at the moment - I think I might do the first stage again -skip the 2nd and try out the third next week! Have to go shopping tonight though, so today I will eat normal :)

Hope you have all been well!!

Been pretty good this week - not entering anything into CK - drinking heaps of water - weighed myself this morning. back to 66.5kg!

I'm definitely going to try work harder next week.

For some reason i feel really unmotivated and jsut over it :?
