What have I been doing? I've been kicking my horrible habits to the side!!! I've realized that I snack waaay too much.. a little bit there, little bit here.. before you know it, I'd be having an extra meal a day without realizing it
I also have been working on changing my mindset... if I have a bad day I'd be like "yes I deserve this chocolate." bla bla bla, I am trying to stop that way of thinking.
So basically- no more snacks for me.. except for fruit in between meals, and exercising about 5 days a week. I haven't exercised in days though because I've been sickkk.. so I highly doubt I'll be losing anything this week. Guess I'll see though!
