dam it now writing this for the second time......
Well weigh in was this morning, Im now even more confused than I was before, I actually showed a loss this week, but I feel like the scales are just playing tricks on me and il weigh in next week and it will show that ive actualy put on and then some and it will all be a complete waste of time and effort.
CW: 86.8 so a loss of 600grams which just doesnt fit my pattern of no loss
Bust: 97 no loss
Waist 1: 79.5cm 1 1/2cm loss
Waist 2: 90cm loss of 2cm
Hips: 99cm no loss
Upper thigh: 59cm gain of 2cm
Lower thigh: 48cm gain of 2cm
Arms: 32cm no loss
So now im even more confused, feel like my gym program isint working for me and all its doing is bulking me up which is incredibly frustrating as im working so hard. In essence im seriously at the point where im considering going back to using the shakes as no matter what I do cal counting and exercise just isint working. I am still considerably overweight and losing 200grams every month or so is doing nothing for my body but doing my head in, considering how much effort I put in, I really am at a loss at what more I could be doing.
