Well weigh in was this morning, no loss this week again, I spent the weekend camping so I was probably a bit lax. Ive finished uni as off 5mins ago, so im looking forward to holidays and hitting the gym and just relaxing. Check in again soon :D

I'm glad you're still feeling great about your body, even if you haven't had a loss on the scales. How you feel is more important than any number :) Btw, I forget if I mentioned it, but I saw your before and after pics in the other thread, and wow, you look amazing! You've done so well to get to this point, keep going!

Well another week with no loss, im on holidays at the moment so will have more time to conentrate on me and me alone. I have also started swimming again, im aiming to add in two training sessions a week ontop of my usual routine. Hope everyone is well, im still feeling really really good at the moment, depite having no losses 8) Next week im going to do measurements so hopefully that will show some further losses, even if the scales are being a pain.

lol I definatly like the gaining muscle idea, im not to concerned because my measurements have been showing im decreasing its just the scales that are having a hard time catching up with the rest of my body :!:

yes I will definatly be enjoying my break after 16odd years of school i think ive earned it, at the moment im waiting for my exam results which will come back next thrursday to see if I will graduate and start thinking about where i want to work at and sussing out options ect. Im not wanting to start work until feb/march as i really need this break and my fiance cant get holidays until late jan early feb and i just want to a) have that time with him and b) have a bit of continuity for holidays further down the track.... lol enough ramblings for now :D

oh yeah like you wouldnt believe darl, its taken me about 15months to get this far and I just want to reach that number I think that when I get there I know ive really done a good thing for me and all this has been sooooo worth it!

dam it now writing this for the second time...... :evil:

Well weigh in was this morning, Im now even more confused than I was before, I actually showed a loss this week, but I feel like the scales are just playing tricks on me and il weigh in next week and it will show that ive actualy put on and then some and it will all be a complete waste of time and effort.

SW: 125.2
LW: 87.4
CW: 86.8 so a loss of 600grams which just doesnt fit my pattern of no loss

Meaurements

Bust: 97 no loss
Waist 1: 79.5cm 1 1/2cm loss
Waist 2: 90cm loss of 2cm
Hips: 99cm no loss
Upper thigh: 59cm gain of 2cm :shock:
Lower thigh: 48cm gain of 2cm :o
Arms: 32cm no loss :(

So now im even more confused, feel like my gym program isint working for me and all its doing is bulking me up which is incredibly frustrating as im working so hard. In essence im seriously at the point where im considering going back to using the shakes as no matter what I do cal counting and exercise just isint working. I am still considerably overweight and losing 200grams every month or so is doing nothing for my body but doing my head in, considering how much effort I put in, I really am at a loss at what more I could be doing. Thanks for listening everyone.

600gms is a fantastic loss, and yet you seem kind of dissapointed by it... maybe your hard work is starting to pay off now and you'll start seeing some more consistent losses in the coming weeks? Stay positive, we can do this!

lol i sooooo know 600grams is awesome, its just doing my head in a bit after so long of nothing, kinda like its to good to be true moment iygwim?? anyway hopefuly it really is the start of something better, I am dead keen to be a flat out size 12 by the new year :D

2nd Goal - 12.1kg (June 11 - DH's Birthday) - Reward: Reward enough in itself! DONE
3rd Goal - 15kgs (Aug 3 - DS's Birthday) - Reward: My Fitness Coach (Wii Fit) DONE
4th Goal - 20kgs (Mid-October for a wedding) - Reward: New clothes!
5th Goal - 30kgs (Christmas) - Reward: a digi-cam? Not sure.

YOU HAVE DONE SO WELL!!!

And congratulations on the loss. 600g is amazing.

I don't think you should go back to shakes... For numerous reasons. There is actually proven research that you put on more weight than you lose after you stop taking shakes. And - food is enjoyable! I think you are just being too harsh on yourself.

If you want some advice, tell me what you are eating and maybe we can all help?! I'm studying nutrition and work in a gym.
