Thanks for the warm welcomes (again)! Well I started WW as planned on Monday managed to get a bit side tracked a few days which I realise was going to happen but that's ok I know things happen and you just have to be realistic about life and the journey... I still haven't heard about the cadetship which is bringing me down a bit and Im nervous about graduation and looking fat blah blah you know those self pittying thoughts
So Im trying to think positive and I hope to all heck that I head today the good news Ive been waiting so long for.
Now to the weight side of things, as I said most days it was fine, a few days I had a naughty lunch or tea but I didn't let it stop me or think I may as well just blow the whole day now, instead I tried to stick to my points as best I could( which is 21 by the way) and managed to do that most days as the good days I had points left over. I was very slack exercise and did none infact, but Im determined to go to the gym today or do some wii fit at least. Well I weighed in today, still thinking I'd like another weigh in day though. Anyway, I managed to lose 800grams which is a great loss and Im happy with it put a little smile on my dial at least, obviously I would have loved to have been back in the 80s, but I'm determined not to be greedy this time round and just go with the flow.
