Hey everyone...

I have lost about 19% of myself already. I need to shed 16 more kilos. I do not wanna go off track and I wanna exercise properly on a very regular basis. Every night, from today onwards,I am going to post my records, i.e, my daily calorie intake, my exercise, and most importantly, how I felt overall about the progress so far.

I believe that this will be the place where I will get all the motivation from and I am going to work my arse off if i need to but I will reach there!!

I will also be uploading photos in the photo section.

Basically, I will just share my feelings here. (I can't share my feelings when someone is staring at me :oops: ), so I will use this place to shout out and let my feelings go.....

So, wish me luck and thank you all so much already for helping me out to lose kilos already :D .

0500 - woke up
0500-0530 - cleaned room
0530-0630 - said my prayers and had break fast

Breakfast : Kellogs special K -100 gram
Fat less milk - 100 ml

0630-0700 - Went to gym
0730- 0930 - Worked out

Work out: Tread mill, X-trainer, Stepper.
Total calories burnt = 715

0930-1030 - Returned home, took shower, snacked

Snack: 1 egg3
pieces of bread.

1030 - 1130- Took rest and studied
1130-1500 - Wasted my time playing games on computer and had lunch

Lunch: 4 pieces of cooked chicken
3 biscuits and tea.

1500- 1700 - Studied
1700-1800- Slept
1800 - 1900 -Got ready and went to gym again. (I was feeling very energetic and mentally relaxed)
1900- 2100- Worked out

Work out: on my back side and triceps and also went for swimming for 20 mins.

2100- 2200- Got back home, took shower, had dinner.

Dinner: Kellogs special K -100 gram
Fat less milk - 100 ml
1 piece of cooked chicken.

2200 - 2300 - Massaged mom's legs and now sitting on the computer.

All in all, i think it was a very good day for me. I am dog tired right now, but i haven't said my prayers yet. So, I am gonna go offline, say my prayers, study for hopefully an hour and then fall into the arms of my bed. Oh the bed.......

I am gonna have an extremely busy day tomorrow, hopefully I will have the energy to post again tomorrow night.

I have been so freaking buzy that i totally forgot about updating my daily stuff...
