Crikey Jules that was full on. Nice to read about your sons birthday and how much he enjoyed it.

Good luck with the gym, the x trainers are intense machines and get your heart rate up very quickly!

Ahh the dreaded *whispers*"womens troubles". They are so horrible aren't they?? Cursed things! Glad to hear you are not beating yourself up Jules and that you are sensible enough to realise what the problem is (horrible, horrible, dastardly things!!). Good luck with workin' that butt off mate, wish I could drop mine somewhere!! LOL!! :P

LOL Ally i was a good girl (soughta ) i only had 4 bottles of southern comfort ALLLLLLLLLLl night the pre mixed ones and had water in between . I spent like 2 nearly 3 hours on the dance floor and boy does my hips hurt lol . Did the nutbush , busstop, macerena . No mean feet i can tell u . All in all a pretty good night burnt of the calories .I even got chatted up by the bouncer LMAO that was so funny and i wasnt even drunk

Now i betta get back on track . No more alcohol till xmas and gym 3 times a week with yoga class.

Sounds like fun!

And hey, you probably did burn off a few calories dancing, so all is not lost! Hehe :)

Ah.. Southern Comfort. I used to love that... and then at a party, I proceeded to get "Southern Comforted" a bit too much... and now I can't even smell the stuff without feeling sick lol!
