Set goals and rewards.
Each 5kg goal = charms for my new braceletGoal weight = The really nice charm bracelet to show off my success.
Started with all good intentions on my first (short) week. Watched what I was eating and tried to add exercise into daily activities, like walk up the street at lunch. On Thursday 30/7 back to Yoga, Sunday 1/8 took kids for walk E rode bike while I pushed K.
Monday 3/8 went to Yoga Consult. R thinks I am having digestion problems on top of everything eles. This was confirmed by painful massage on Thursday 6/8. Yoga again Thursday 6/8. I have been watching my portion sizes but not very hungry loss of appetitie again. Again took E & K out Sunday arvo. E rode while I pushed K on his bike. Have had to get to work early lately so everyone up and go go to be droped off in time. By the time I get home I am exhausted. So trying to make up non exercise with housework before falling asleep in front of the heater at 9.00pm.
Too scared to step on the scales for fear they will say ouch!.

Hi Louly! Welcome to the forum.
It's great to read about your progress so far. I love the idea of having a weight loss bracelet where you reward yourself with charms for every 5kg you lose. That's a great incentive! I look forward to reading about your weight loss journey here.
