its sort of because i havent lost any weight yet but i am extremely happy with myself.... i have been so good all day.... and i intend to continue....
i have only eaten at meal times and i ahve eaten healthy foods... today for lunch my whole family had chips and gravy from the chip shop and i didn't cave... i had a salad roll!!!! go me... and after dinner everyone was eating jame tarts... they were offered to me but i didn't.. i am oh so very happy with myself today :D

Well done! :D Keep at it and it becomes a habit but that is a very good start.

thanks i intend to... it made me feel so happy yesterday its worth doing just to feel a sense of achievement... even though i know i havent lost any weight i feel skinnier already

So much of this is determined by your mental attitude so if eating right gives you a sense of achievement then that is fantastic. Try to keep that feeling in mind if you have the urge to splurge...so to speak. :D

hey :) good on ya! It's so gratifying when you can just say 'nar' to the junk toher people offer you! I find that can be a big problem... as soonas you decide to eat well, people start offering junk and goodies left , right and centre.

But you do feel great when you choose something else. And every little bit counts doesn't it :) So even when we do indulge in the treats, we still have all those times that we chose a healthier option under our belt :)

WOW! didn't look at your ticker..,. 20kg lost, that's amazing!!

We're the same weight...

I always feel so silly not being about to shift 6kg when I hear about people who have lost so much more.
