Have a Jarrah or even 2, failing that if you are COMPLETELY SURE you can stop at a couple of pieces then have them.

Good luck :) .

I AM SO ANGRY AT MYSELF!!!
I pushed myself to do an hour on the treadmill. I ate a really good dinner and then .........THEN..... I just ate a chocolate bar. I walked for 263 calories for over an hour and within SECONDS the chocolate slid down my throat.

does it take it away by writing it on here? NO!!!!!!!!!! I need some damn DISCIPLINE.

(don't console me please)(NOT HAPPY!)

Since you don't want to be consolled about the chocolate bar, I'll move on..

I'm terrible for retaining fluid, my hands also swell up a lot during exercise if I've been consuming a lot of sodium...grrr!

Thanks so much for visiting my diary ishtiaque.tg , Hayley and Czarina. Yahhh I got over my dummy-spit!! And Czarina, I'm gonna look up fluid retention.. there may be some magic cure or way of dealing with it. Hmmmm..

Dear Diary,

Week 2 700gram loss - total loss 1.9kg

Well I lost 700 grams this week. Actually, I'm surprised because I've been eating a few chocy biscuits and a 'FEW' tiny milky-ways each day. Overall, I feel amazingly different - fitter already.

Re tennis. I managed to get my b/f to come over and look after my daughter while I went to tennis last night.. WOW I had a riot of a time! I don't think I've laughed and enjoyed myself soo much this whole year. I had been put into a team and I had planned on cancelling (so my little girl wouldn't have to hang around a cold tennis court). My b/f is happy to come up every week to look after her and yayayayay!!! Not only did I WIN two sets, but I ran around a court for almost 3.5 hours!!!! My heart was thumping away - crazy unfit and I was determined to have yabber on, make some friends and play tennis using a 'fun factor' rather than try to concentrate on my shots.
Also, I didn't mark the kids work - I took the books to school and said "I didn't mark your work last night, just hand it in again today'. They didn't care! Its the first time in 1.5 years that I didn't mark their work!!! (I mark every night)
What a fantastic day! So back to my wieght-thingy.. yeah I'm still very motivated - more for the excersise than for counting calories. I'm really not doing very well counting my calories and saying 'no' to yummy things, but I'm 100% better and overall, would be eating alot less and more healthier options.

Tonight? Stir fried (no oil at all) Chinese veg and 2 eggs. no flavouring or soy... healthy, low calorie and nutricious.
Just gotta keep on swimmin' keep on swimmin' !!!
Must go to bed

Dear Diary,
Well, I took myself out to dinner last night. I'd had a harrowing event and went to have sushi train on my own. Four plates then deep fried icecream. My body's aching everywhere since tennis and I KNOW its my exhaustion thats making it harder at making bad food choices. I've been having chocolate and biscuits/cakes. Old habits MUST be replaced by new ones. I know this, its just so hard to do.

Anyway, there's my check-in. I'm still doing this caper, I'm just over it and wish I could be on maintenance rather than loss.

Hi pobox,

Firstly congrats on the 700grams loss, thats fantastic and dont let your mind convince you otherwise, also a big congrats on getting back on the weight loss boat- that takes a lot of courage. I hope you do really well and get to all the goals you want.

try not to let yourself get you down about any slip ups you may have, trust me we all make them- the important thing to do is to just pick yourself up, dust off those chocolaty fingers and move on- tomorrow is always a new day.

Best of luck and keep us posted :)

Chocolately fingers!!! right now they're buttery!!! I just had 2 muffins with promite and butter. OMG!
Care factor 'negative' right now. I have identified it!!! I FANG-OUT AFTER 11PM AT NIGHT (when I'm working on the computer) and eat anything in sight!

must go to bed earlier...must go to bed earlier....must go to bed earlier....must go to bed earlier...must go to bed earlier...must go to bed earlier...must go to bed earlier..must go to bed earlier..must go to bed earlier..must go to bed earlier..

Dear Diary,
I had a shocking weekend re food choices. I even ate McDonalds! So, come tomorrow morning, I'm back on the wagon!!!!

Had a wonderful weekend with my man. We went to a remote beach today and played with the crabs and all the other lil animals living when the tide's out. It was sooo nice to spend time alone, lying back and finding faces in the clouds. I just love it when we get to re-connect with each other doing something so simple together. Even though I've only lost 2 kilos, I'm feeling more 'desirable' and I EVEN wore my size 16 bikini.. I probably looked like a dugong, but I just didn't care, and neither did he.

At least you had a nice weekend with your man! That's always good. And I'm sure you didn't look like a dugong!
