Dear Diary,Week 2 700gram loss - total loss 1.9kg
Well I lost 700 grams this week. Actually, I'm surprised because I've been eating a few chocy biscuits and a 'FEW' tiny milky-ways each day. Overall, I feel amazingly different - fitter already.
Re tennis. I managed to get my b/f to come over and look after my daughter while I went to tennis last night.. WOW I had a riot of a time! I don't think I've laughed and enjoyed myself soo much this whole year. I had been put into a team and I had planned on cancelling (so my little girl wouldn't have to hang around a cold tennis court). My b/f is happy to come up every week to look after her and yayayayay!!! Not only did I WIN two sets, but I ran around a court for almost 3.5 hours!!!! My heart was thumping away - crazy unfit and I was determined to have yabber on, make some friends and play tennis using a 'fun factor' rather than try to concentrate on my shots.
Also, I didn't mark the kids work - I took the books to school and said "I didn't mark your work last night, just hand it in again today'. They didn't care! Its the first time in 1.5 years that I didn't mark their work!!! (I mark every night)
What a fantastic day! So back to my wieght-thingy.. yeah I'm still very motivated - more for the excersise than for counting calories. I'm really not doing very well counting my calories and saying 'no' to yummy things, but I'm 100% better and overall, would be eating alot less and more healthier options.
Tonight? Stir fried (no oil at all) Chinese veg and 2 eggs. no flavouring or soy... healthy, low calorie and nutricious.
Just gotta keep on swimmin' keep on swimmin' !!!
