Ha ha ha, That made me laugh! At least you still have your sense of humor! I just bought a book, "Debt Free, Cashed up & Laughing" and it is amazing! It goes through everything from saving money, time management etc, it has helped me become more time conscious and I have been able to fit more into my day. Just use the 80% rule, don't over book your day, just book 80% of it, and if you achieve this, it makes you feel awesome!!!!
I'm using Censored to lose weight, and have found I don't have any cravings!!!! You eat 6 meals a day, (each include protein) and have one free day a week, where you can eat whatever you like, this helps trick your metabolism to not become complacent. And you find that you don't want all those sugary treats, I just tell myself, I'll wait for my free day! It's been really enjoyable. I recommend it to anyone.
