Thanks for the support everyone.

Well, tomorrow is weigh in. Im really scared.

Exercise has been crap, water intake has been crap and to top it off i had a wonderful night out that included way too many diet coke and malibu's.

I dont know... i jumped on the scales saturday morning and it showed a great loss.... but today it was not so good... still a loss tho.

ive really got to push myself if im going to get to 89.9 by the end of the month.

Anyway... we shall find out tomorrow!

 no loss this week....

did a few things wrong:

1- didnt drink water
2- didnt exercise
3- didnt eat all my food
4- went out and had too many drinks and an absolute blast! :P

Im not upset or anything. I knew it was going to be pretty bad. (at least i can maintain without much effort!)

Scales have already gone down so im back on track!

I know what you mean fattychops it gives you an idea of what it will take to maintain when you have a week like that.

Thanks guys!

Back on track today... chugging down the water and eating ALL the food on my list.

Its weird that im not dissapointed, but i guess i had such a great week, i didnt put on weight but i still managed to do a heap of fun stuff like going out (first time in ages as i have a little one to lookafter) and went out for lunch twice (veg and grilled chicken! was really yummy!). I cant really complain, i had such a good time!!

I also think it's not so easy to get upset or disappointed if you know what has contributed to the result you get. Doubly so if you had a great time, it is always so fantastic when these things become a treat don't you think?
