Just thought I would post mostly so I can keep track of my progress and it can motivate me week to week.
Well it's the end of week 1 and I have dropped 3.3kilos. I am totally stoked. Any loss is wonderful. I have really noticed the difference, as my clothes are a bit looser and my skin is really clear. It probably has a lot to do with all this water im drinking. And that one red frog didn't make a difference
thats a plus! I have taken advantage this past week of the beautiful weather up here at Lake Macquarie and Heidi and I have been out for lots of walks. I like to walk with her because I find it's beneficial for her to get out and about as well and get some vitamin d (sunshine). She enjoys looking at everything and all the old ladies talk to her as we walk past. It's sweet. I'm looking forward to the next few months and really would like to reach my goal of 70kgs by xmas. I hope this is achievable. I really look forward to checking the forum daily and seeing everyone support one another, it really boosts morale and it feels like i have some buddies that are on this journey with me.
