Haha, not sure about just cutting one thing from my diet. The past few weeks I've been eating anything that takes my fancy... pizza, chocolate, KFC and maccas... and not in small quantities either. I well and truly fell off the wagon.
I feel a lot better today. I only ate four times (all roughly meal sized, but smallish meals).
I exercised more than I have in ages, but now I have a blister on the other foot!
It's time for new joggers I think.
