Thanks Amethyst! I actually did tell my family, but none of my friends etc. I definately think it's better if people notice on their own accord, it kinda feels like they're actually noticing because you lost weight, and they're not saying it because they think that's what you want to hear!
Anyhow..... progress to date:
I don't really have a set weigh in day, I've kind of just been updating here whenever I've lost half a kilo. I'm thinking from now on I might make Tuesday my weigh in day, and see how that goes. I'm guessing that this Tuesday won't be too promising though, given that it's TTOTM and I'm actually feeling pretty unwell today. I don't usually suffer from any symptoms at all, but today I seem to have gotten a few months (or years!) worth all at once. I felt completely dizzy at work today, almost fainted, and ended up coming home early. Not to mention I completely freaked out my colleagues. Pretty impressive on my behalf :-s
So needless to say, I didn't get a chance to do any exercise today, but other than that I've been pretty good lately, and walking about 5kms a day, and watching what I eat. I haven't had any major slip ups this week, but I've actually been feeling the need to snack a lot more. I've resisted most of the urges so far, but my god, it's so hard at times! There were two occasions where I gave in and had a biscuit, but on the whole, I guess that's not too damaging!
