Well, it's been a week since I restarted my weightloss plans, and it's been a good week. I'm still feeling positive and motivated, and I've managed to do at least an hour of exercise every day this week. I've actually been looking forward to my walks and swims.
I had an unofficial weigh in this morning of 83.8kgs - down 600gms from yesterday. I was surprised to see that much difference so quickly, and hopefully I can maintain and increase that loss by my next official weigh in Yesterday's food diary:
Breakfast: 2 x pieces of sultana toast, 1/2 glass of orange juice.
Snack: 1 x skinny latte
Lunch: An open sandwich with one piece of bread, lean roast pork and one piece of light cheese.
Snack: 1 x low fat/low sugar passionfruit Greek-style yoghurt, some cherries and a couple of nuts.
Dinner: A steak with stirfry vegetables
Dessert: 1 x skinny cappuccino and a tiny piece of carrot cake. (If I'm being honest/disgusting - I really only ate the icing, as everyone knows that's the best part
Lots of water throughout the day.
My food diary seems so boring, lol. I'm one of those people who tend to eat the same foods over and over until I get sick to death of them, then I move onto something new and do that to death. I've noticed that I've been eating a lot of steak lately, which is unusual as I'm generally not much of a red meat eater. Normally I'd probably eat steak once a fortnight, if that, but I've had it about three times this week. Yesterday's exercise:
