I haven't posted for a couple of days, but I'm still on track. My diet has been really good - no slip-ups! I've been exercising every day for at least an hour, so I'm looking forward to weighing in tomorrow
The only concern that I have is that tonight I'm going out for a friend's birthday, and she's picked a dessert restaurant that only specialises in really decadent desserts and nothing else. It's going to be a challenge to find something that doesn't completely destroy my diet! I'm thinking gelati or some kind of fruit dessert (if available) is the best way to go. At the very least, it's a better option than eating an entire slab of mars bar cheesecake
I'll let you know how I get on with that...
Tomorrow is also going to be another challenging day, as I'm basically just going to be eating the entire day! I've got a work breakfast and lunch on tomorrow (our Christmas do!) and after that, I've got another friend's birthday to go to that night. I think I'll just try and enjoy everything in moderation tomorrow, and work it off during the week. Tomorrow morning is my weigh-in, so I'll just do that as planned and go from there. At least I won't have to weigh-in the day after an entire day of eating out!
