Getting to the stressful portion of the year again.. except this is more stressful than ever, because this is IT, this is my FINAL TERM and then I have to be a Doctor and I have to be responsible for patients -
I've been getting really stressed out lately and I have decided to take some of the pressure off myself.
So.. I'm putting weight loss on the backburner. In November, I have a good two months before I start work and I can concentrate on weight loss then. At the moment, I'm going to try to eat healthily and exercise when I can, but I'm not going to feel guilty about not going to the gym etc when I have so much study and work and everything else to do.
So I will be here sometimes, but not too often.. feel free to PM for questions as usual.
