Despite the tonsillitis, I went to my ball on Friday night and had a great time :D

Left around 11.30pm, because I was exhausted, but I was proud for sticking it out that long! Didn't drink much, but still had heaps of fun and managed to dance for a bit.

Took a lot of photos.. I think my dress worked out really pretty.. and Joel looked megahot in his suit!

Photos in my photo page.. go there now! :D

Hokay..

Getting to the stressful portion of the year again.. except this is more stressful than ever, because this is IT, this is my FINAL TERM and then I have to be a Doctor and I have to be responsible for patients -

I've been getting really stressed out lately and I have decided to take some of the pressure off myself.

So.. I'm putting weight loss on the backburner. In November, I have a good two months before I start work and I can concentrate on weight loss then. At the moment, I'm going to try to eat healthily and exercise when I can, but I'm not going to feel guilty about not going to the gym etc when I have so much study and work and everything else to do.

So I will be here sometimes, but not too often.. feel free to PM for questions as usual.

Good luck everyone!

Good luck with your exams.

It's my last semester of uni too. After five long years I will be coming out with Marketing degree and HR degree. I can't wait for uni to be over. But I hate the stress the final big one brings along.

G'luck

Tonsilitis does suck. I'm sure you will be fine with a bit of a break, I'm betting some of those healthy choices have become habit so you won't even notice you are doing well!!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

hey mandie,

just wanted to drop in and wish you luck with everything...the "real world" "as lecturers like to describe it, is not all that scary...and im sure you will be brilliant in what you do. Happy to see that although you're putting weight loss on the back burner, your doing what you can to help it along. Goodluck, and dont leave it too long in between visits
