Current weight- 65kg (Sunday is my new weigh in day, once a week only)
My BMI is 23- which I know means I'm not technically overweight, but its getting close. My weight used to range between 58-60kg, but then I dropped some weight to 55kg by watching what I eat and doing daily exercise. I felt fabulous.
But then I put on about 8-10kg after my partner and I started becoming hermits and living on a diet thai food and wine a few years ago, and I stopped exercising completely. My weight has stabalised at 65kg for the past two years.
With our wedding coming up next year, I have decided to use that as my motivation to get back into shape. My goal is 55kg.
On Friday I started Lite 'n' Easy 1500, 7 days a week. Friday wasnt the ideal day to start (being the weekend and all), but thats when my food arrived so thats when I start!
I did struggle the first night and polished off a bottle and a half of wine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Booze is my biggest problem- I'm an absolute wine & cheese lover.
So I'm going to start posting here to keep myself accountable.
Saturday and today have gone better- stuck completeley to the plan yesterday (actually had food leftover and had to give Mr Piggy two of my fruit cups!). No wine last night.
