Well, this is my first week in of my weight loss. I have been eating healthy for the past three months and have been able to keep my weight down from 115 to 110 which I am pretty happy about.
I joined the gym at the start of the year, but got bored with it very quickly and very lonely so letting that run out.
Last Saturday we hired a treadmill for 3 months to get the weight moving off me.
I go at it 2 days in a row and then rest one and so forth.
At the moment I am walking for 15mins at about 4.8-5.5. Then I am jogging slowly at about 6.0-6.5 for about 20-30mins.
I am finding this is the best for me so far. I am also taking diet tablets to help with my eating habits. So far they have helped in areas I am glad they did.
My first weigh in is on Sunday wish me luck.
P.S - I am guessing my weight on my ticker hehe
