Well, weigh in day again today.
1.4 for the past two weeks, which has to be a good thing.
It was a rough couple of weeks with stress, nothing like the last 6weeks of a degree to ramp up that stress level!!!
I had a huge realisation that stress is such a huge factor in the urge to eat, so now I'm working on other ways to relieve stress. Serious pruning is a good one, nothing like attacking various plants with knife to make you feel better
Looking forward to getting the next 1.1 off, 117 is a marker for me. A few years back it was my heaviest and started me losing, now its a big goal to get below.
