Ok, I am crawling back to the forums in disgust. I have just checked my diary. On 1st March I weighed 66 kg, now four months later I am at 70.5! How did it happen? Well, there is no place for excuses, so I will just have to get my backside in gear BIG TIME and get back on track. I have been really slack with excercise lately, winter caught me off guard, so that is my first step. I must run my first 10 kilo race Saturday 31st of July. So as from today, I must move for at least 45 minutes each day. Lately I have been just too lazy and cold to move. . . . . .
I am also recording all my food intake as of from today. I still have all my Weight Watchers stuff, so I will use that as a guide and stick to my points. As soon as I get to the shops, I am going to buy some stars and I will give myself a star for each day that I stick to my points and another one for each day that I do some form of exercise for at least 45 minutes.
Please excuse the long rant of a mail, but I am desperate and furious! So here I go again, hopefully with more success this time
