I have introduced myself in the Introduction's Thread so I'm sorry if I repeat myself.
Two days ago I decided to change my life! My health is starting to decline and I'm still so young. This worries me as I have small kids and wish to run around with them and be there for them. I don't want to be a statistic! I should also add that I have been unhappy with my weight since I was about 17, so that's 12 years now that I have been ballooning out slowly & this is the first time I have truly had enough
and I'm going to be PROACTIVE
and drop these Kgs for good!
I have started my extensive Food Diary and an Exercise Diary today, I am taking photos of all that I eat & drink as well so there is no way of "forgetting" anything.
I have also signed up with http://www.calorieking.com.au
to help me count my calories. according to this site I should be eating around 1890
calories a day for my height & I should be doing a minimum of 30mins of exercise every day as well.
over the next few days I will calculate exactly what I have been eating and where I have been going wrong. I susspect my portions to be a major contributing factor. Oh & I don't exercise - well not until yesterday that is.
My first short term goal is to get down to 115kgs. then when i have passed that i will do a new short term goal. I intend LONG TERM
to get down to 60kgs.
I haven't weighed myself in about 6 weeks and I was just over 120kgs then. so the next time I go to the quacks i will weigh myself and post it up here. For all to see!
Anyway. I have started & I will update later today or tomorrow.
