:cry: Starting weight - 76 kilograms. Goal weight 65 kilograms. Lowest weight 67 kilograms. Weight gain 10 kilos :cry:

Ok i have put on 10 kilos this year and I'm quite horrified! My problem is that I just can't stick to anything! I go at it giving 120% for 3 days and give up. I know what I need to do but I just cant do it. I want to get off the 'diet treadmill' and enjoy my life. I figure I need to find a healthy routine that I can stick to so I don't have to think about it everyday; it should just come natural. Anyway, I just felt like venting! Will put in daily pledges and see if this helps :(
