Hi Fiona, and welcome to the forum
It's great to hear that you're already noticing some benefits from your weightloss! Try not to get too hung up by the numbers on the scale, as weight can fluctuate quite a lot within a day - due to stomach contents, water retention, TTOM etc....Most of us find it's better to weigh in once a week or month, as it helps keep you accountable, without obsessing over the daily fluctuations.
Admittedly, I weigh myself daily but i'm a bit of an obsessive weigher! However, in the past, I used to get really upset if I'd had a 'gain' overnight and use it as an excuse to give up and eat badly. Now I just look at the number, and if it's lower, I use it to motivate myself, and if it's higher, I just shrug it off. I weigh in officially once a week, and that's the number I care about more. If I'm still showing a gain at my 'official' weigh in, I have a look at what I've been doing and see if I need to change anything in my diet/exercise routine
It sounds like you're eating well though, and i'm sure your weight will come off as a result! All the best.
