Yay! I had a good loss this week. Officially I lost 0.9kg, unofficially (because I missed my meeting last week, but weighed at home) I lost 1.5kg. Either way, I'm back on track and feeling fantastic.

Date Started Weight Loss Journey: 04/01/05
SW: 112.9
GW: 60
CW: 84.5
Loss this week: 0.9 kg
Loss to Date: 28.4 kg

My next few goals and how far to go:

Reaching 30kg lost - AGAIN (already been there once, just need to hit it again): 82.9kg, 30kg lost (1.6 kg to go)
Having a BMI that indicates I'm overweight instead of obese: 80.5kg, 32.4kg lost (4.0 kg to go)
Being a 70's girl: 79.9kg, (4.6 kg to go)
Cheers,
Kate

You go girl !!

Congratulations on the great loss this week/fortnight.

You inspire me. I weigh in tomorrow night... not sure how I'll go (I refuse to weigh myself at home).

Well it would seem that being on holidays is not good for me. I have done nothing but sit on my arse for almost 2 weeks and eat! I had a gain last week at my meeting and I'm sure I will have another tonight. I just can't seem to inspire myself to get moving and I don't know why. And I also seem to have this mindset at the moment that I can eat whatever I like and it'll be ok. I'm hoping this is just a boredom factor and that when I go back to work next week, this will all change. But alas that does then mean that I only have 7 more weigh-ins till we go away and I HAVE to be in the 70's by then.

Date Started Weight Loss Journey: 04/01/05
SW: 112.9
GW: 60
CW: 84.9
Loss this week: +0.4 kg
Loss to Date: 28 kg

My next few goals and how far to go:

Reaching 30kg lost - AGAIN (already been there once, just need to hit it again): 82.9kg, 30kg lost (2.0 kg to go)
Having a BMI that indicates I'm overweight instead of obese: 80.5kg, 32.4kg lost (4.4 kg to go)
Being a 70's girl: 79.9kg, (4.9 kg to go)
Cheers,

Thanks for your support Kate.

As predicted I did put on again this week! Oh well, I've been trying to be better this week and have been dirnking heaps of water. I'm still snacking a bit too much, but I just need to get off my butt and exercise those snacks off

Ok well I'm due to update my stats - when I rejoined the forum last week my stats were as below. Weigh in is tomorrow and I'll repost my new stats then... hopefully I've had a loss this week since rejoining the forum and getting back into the swing of things, but I worry my wine consumption on Sat might have hindered my progress.

Date Started Weight Loss Journey: 04/01/05
SW: 112.9
GW: 67
CW: 98.6
Loss this week: - kg
Loss to Date: 14.3 kg

My next few goals and how far to go:

Being under 95kg: 94.9kg, 18kg lost (3.7kg to go)
20kg total lost: 92.9kg, 20kg lost (5.7kg to go)
Having a BMI that indicates I'm overweight instead of obese: 80.5kg, 32.4kg lost (18.1 kg to go)
Cheers,
Kate

Yay a loss for me this week - not a huge one but it's a start. I think it will take awhile for my metabolism to become all revved up again plus I had a couple of nights out last week that wouldn't have helped my loss.

Date Started Weight Loss Journey: 04/01/05
SW: 112.9
GW: 67
CW: 98.1
Loss this week: 0.5 kg
Loss to Date: 14.8 kg

My next few goals and how far to go:

Being under 95kg: 94.9kg, 18kg lost (3.2kg to go)
20kg total lost: 92.9kg, 20kg lost (5.2kg to go)
Having a BMI that indicates I'm overweight instead of obese: 80.5kg, 32.4kg lost (17.6 kg to go)
Cheers,
Kate

A 0.5kg loss is great! Since a healthy weight loss rate is anything between 0.5kg and 1kg per week then 0.5kg is nothing to be ashamed of! Good on you. Plus the slower you lose it the more likely you are to keep it off. You're doing well! And let me tell you, as someone who has just come out the end of a veeeeery long plateau period any loss is a good loss!

Keep it up and you'll get to goal before you know it. :D
