Ok well thanks for the butt kicking guys and the motivation! I have been very good this week and it showed up on the scales!
Although I did weigh in at home on Sunday and it showed that the scales hadn't moved, luckily for me I chose to ignore it and believe in the fact that if I continued to be good then the results would show (I was tempted to throw in the towel and eat bad stuff, but yay me for not doing that!).
