I just do the squats first thing in the morning when i wake up, along with my arm weights, it's just habit now and no it doesn't hurt...(anymore) hehe.
My hubby got me onto them and i've prob been doing them for about 2 years. It doesn't take long and once they're done they're out the way for the day.
Cals still good for yesterday, prob ate a bit more than i should yesterday, but still under 1600 so that's okay i suppose, and the usual exercise - squats, arms, tready and walk.
