Still going well and still motivated (even though it's only day one!)

Have stayed within my cals and am just going to have my dinner, followed by an apple then perhaps a walk.

I am back here again because it means i have to answer to the forum if i back out where as when i try and do it myself i only have to convince MYSELF that it's okay to give in.

I'm still at it....

1400 cals and under so that's good, and exercise is 35min run on tready, 100 squats, arm weights (minimal..hehe) and 25min walk. This is what i try to do daily, perhaps sometimes without the 25min walk.

Hey WBS,

I just do the squats first thing in the morning when i wake up, along with my arm weights, it's just habit now and no it doesn't hurt...(anymore) hehe.

My hubby got me onto them and i've prob been doing them for about 2 years. It doesn't take long and once they're done they're out the way for the day.

Cals still good for yesterday, prob ate a bit more than i should yesterday, but still under 1600 so that's okay i suppose, and the usual exercise - squats, arms, tready and walk.

BRING ON THE NEXT ONE! :wink:

HAHAHAHA :lol: Not quite, i think it helps it not to drag along the ground too much though, and prevent nice bulbous bulging too. :wink:

Well, still going...or back on track anyway...for now!!
Exercise is good, same as usual and cals around 1400.


Dont think i'm going to get to my goal by NYE....but i'm trying...i'm hopeful...there's still time.

AM sticking to it....so far so good.

Haven't weighed myself for a while, am hoping for the best when i weigh in perhaps on Chrissy Day and then on my Goal day which is NYE...fingers crossed!!
