I'm going to try and stay as committed as I can with losing weight. I'm tired of being overweight and feeling unattractive and have my other friends rub it in about how gorgeously thin and fabulous they feel. I want to feel like that too! So here goes. Everyday, I will record my food intake and exercise log (oh, I hate exercise)... and hopefully I will reach my goal of 60kg. I'm 165cm tall and currently weight 70.5kg.
Breakfast:
3 Weetbix and 1 banana with skim milk.
Lunch:
Leftover spaghetti marinara.
250ml of strawberry ForMe yoghurt.
1 Fuji apple.
1 Cadbury milky top Freddo.
Dinner:
