Good on you for getting back into it and you will feel a difference getting your body moving. The warmer weather shouldn’t be too far away…hopefully.

well, had a small loss this week, but its a loss and im stoked!! hehe. have been exercising more than i was and drinking much more water. snacking is the thing to beat!! i seem to start the week resonably well, but thursday is my sleepy day and it seems to create bad habits. so my aim is to beat sleepy thursday this week!!! (i have badminton wednesday nights so i get to bed really late!!) well, the weather is actually nice enought to get out walking this week. we had 3 days of extreme winds and rain last week, but apart from a few leaky windows nothing was damaged. im going to try and have bigger breakfasts this week, as i am eating very little during the day, then getting home from work and im starving and eating everything i can!! and then eating tea!! so, hopefully bigger brekkies, and a more filling lunch will help this!! well, thats my novel over!! hope everyone has a great week. beck :D

Well done on your loss!

Where abouts do you live in Tassie? I live in Hobart and GOD it was freezing this morning. My whole car had iced over! And the winds last week were scary huh?

yep, was certainly cold in hobart today (left Claremont at 7:00 and the washing I had hung out the night before was frozen stiff with frost and everything was white and sparkly). The car had frost on it at 6:30 the night before

haha teagan at your washing!!! my poor goats have to wait for the sun to melt the frost on the grass before they can eat each morning!! (we do go down and give them hay and scraps!!)

im up on the north-west coast loveat116, i think it was wild all over tassie at the w/e!!

didnt get my walk in after all :( i forgot that their was staff meeting tonight!! ah well. am going to ride my excercise bike and watch all saints.

had a go of calorie king online today and recorded my foods and that. hope to keep it up for the next few weeks, sort of gives me a "stop eating!!" message - hehe "beck, no more snacks you have no more cals left". hopefully it will make me think of my snacking before i reach for the food!!(it did today) the water is helping also. i find im reaching for the water when im feeling a bit hungry.

yeh kate and kim, im happy with my loss - i dont mind how small it is, i finally lost something!!! yesterday i weighed 85.4 kg!!! and today 83.8!! must have been holding on to some fluid... that will teach me for weighing in before weigh day!!!

well, thats two novels i have written today!! sorry for rambling on!!! haha

hey beck

calorieking is great isnt it? i use it everyday. when i lost weight the first time around this time last year i didnt write down or take note of calories cos i didnt understand them. this time around i am making myself more aware of what is in food and how much i can have. calorieking makes it sooo much easier.

i've tried one of the recipes so far - chicken & mushroom patties wrapped in bacon. they were delish plus low fat & low sugar (i was cooking for a type 1 diabetic as well). i can't wait to try some of the other recipes :)

ella - it is free, as long as you make sure it's the .com.au version, the us one asks for payment i think.
