Hey Beck....CK is great and it is always good to know what you are consuming each day...

I use the disk that I bought from the site ($45.00) as that way I don't have to log in etc....I find it easier, but that is just me

I checked out the recipe you spoke of sassi and it looks divine!! I am going to have a go at them on the weekend. They have a heap of recipes on there and they all look really yummy, but check out the home page here too as there are some really nice recipes on this site too......

WOW how do u manage 2000 skips!

i did 50 last night, and hmm actually now that i think about it, it only took like 1min or so.

So if u did say nearly 200 a day (which is like 5mins) you could easily get 2000 :)

maybe i should set a goal too

glad to hear you got a walk in bec. this weather is atrocious on the coast here in nsw, i have no idea what it is doing. it was 6 degrees this morning so i feel like winter is coming back to haunt me! enjoy your skipping. i usually 10 mins skipping a couple of times a week and i get a couple of sets of 80 jumps in.

well havent kept up with my skipping :( i have done it once for 10 minutes and did 388 skips. i was buggered!! should go out and do it today it is lovely!! i have been pretty busy building my rabbit hutch and cage lately! I finally got my rabbits (2) last weekend. Charlie and Cookie. hehe. they are cute. one of our cats went out to meet them today.

Anyway, new ticker! We are going away for a weekend in Nov so i have set a 7 week exercise challenge for myself to try and do between 30mins and 1hr exercise 5 days a week. Have been getting up and going for a walk every morning (that it hasnt rained) and have been riding the bike lots! The challenge will be keeping up the exercise when i go back to work on monday. (holidays go sooooo fast!! :()

Well, thanks for listening to me dribble!!

i had rabbits when i was growing up too! aww poor micks rabbit! :( i have wanted rabbits for ages but had to wait until we moved and then i wanted to build a huge cage 4 them!! they are starting to settle in.

getting much easier to walk now the mornings are light, although next weekend it will be dark in the mornings again for a bit cause of day light savings.

cant wait to shop when we go away, so hopefully im a few kgs lighter! 78ish im hoping...

did 100 more skips yesterday. i dont know how i skipped non stop when i was a kid!!!!!! its hard work!!

awwww, rabbits! in QLD, where I used to live, you can't have rabbits - I remember moving down here and seeing these cute bunnies in the pet shop and going gaga over them - my bf was like 'what the?' and then he realised it was because i could never have one as a pet. Haha. They are so adorable, especially the floppy eared ones!

A little holiday would be nice! Something to look forward to, for sure. Where are you heading to?
