Don't be disappointed in yourself, Ali. Maybe we should challenge each other where we have trouble challenging ourselves. We're about the same weight right now. I've been stuck there for weeks now. Mostly it's just because of my inability to motivate myself to do the things I know I need to do to lose weight.
How about we have a 38 day challenge, either in a new thread or just in our own? Not to lose any particular amount of weight, otherwise we'll feel bad any time we get the 'wrong' numbers on the scales, but to do the things we know we need to do but just can't motivate ourselves to do otherwise.
