BIG hello to all my friends out there (old and new)..
Well I've had a pretty BIG last 5/6 months - been overseas 4 times in that time and my life has taken a few turns *good and not so good* some of which I wouldn't have envisaged a year ago - but there you go..
One of the positives is that I've managed to secure myself a very good new job in Brisbane starting on Monday 15th Feb so that is going to be a challenge and keep me on my toes the next few months as there are some interesting projects coming up and I am going to have to be fully focused.
Therefore it seems a great time to really concentrate on myself health wise over the next few months too and make sure I'm fully on top both physically and mentally.. not that I've been too disappointed in my progress the last few months, before Christmas I got down to c87 Kgs and was starting to feel really good about myself. Had I perservered then and not had the distraction of knowing I was heading overseas again I felt I could easily head down to the lower 80's where I know I look and feel good.
So anyway I'm not starting today because I've been good since I flew home midweek but thought I'd start a new thread just to keep in touch with everyone on here and motivate myself to keep going.
First things first I want to get down under 90 Kgs again, it's become a barrier of sorts for the last year or so and it's about time I saw it off again.. from there I want to get to my previous low of 87ish and then head for 85 Kgs.
That should be enough of a goal for now and lets say I've got until Good Friday (Apr 2nd) to get there - I'm about 91.5 Kgs atm.
