Yeah, I know it's true. I'm one of those yoyo dieters.
And like always I'm going to say "and I'm going to do it this time!"
Hopefully I do. >.<
Maybe I seem a bit dry and sarcastic but thats how I feel haha.
But I have done 2 days of lots of walking and eating relitively well. So I'm off to a good start and thats why I think this time I'm going to do well. I've even noticed a loss of weight over the last 2 days, its expected because its the most exersize I've done in the last few months so obviously my body isn't used to exersize.
But its a good kick start!

Anyway, I weighed myself on Saturday in the morning and I'll be doing weigh ins on saturday mornings. First weigh in was 120 which is one of my highest weights I've ever been which is really depressing for me. But I have 4 Mini goals which makes up my first main goal. First main goal is to get to 100. 4 mini goals are each 5kgs towards it.
Then my biggest goal is to get to 80 which would consider me "Average" on the BMI scale. Which I have never been considered in my whole life.
I hope I can do it this time, I really really do...
