Hey a start is a start, you don't have to snap your fingers and be eating the perfect diet and working out 5x a week to be doing something About your weight (and in fact I think it's unrealistic to hope to keep that up if you're going straight from a bad diet and no exercise). So just thinking about your food choices is a fine way to get going.
How'd the water aerobics go? Is that the same as synchronized swimming? I always thought that looked like so much fun
