Ok, Im one of those people who become motivated, get back on here, and then fall off the wagon... BUT i want this to be the last time.
This morning i weighed in at 66.3kg and I would LOVE to lose 6kg.. 60kg is my biggest wish..
I have found that i have become too comfortable with my partner and junk food is far too easy to say yes to. On the days that im home from work i find im always hungry so im always going to look for food.. So now im back here at the forum, and i am going to try to keep this blog every day that I can..
So I am hoping that I can gain the motivation from everyone elses motivation on this site, and lose that weight.. I think i might even add a picture in here of me.. eeek..
Any helpful words from anyone and i'd love to hear them..
