Hi Natalie,
That sounds like a great plan. I am doing that too. I started about 6 weeks ago. My progress has been slow but much better than previous trials of lose 1 kilo and that was where it stopped. The people in this website are great.

Let's focus on ourselves, get fit and lose some weight...

Cheers... FatGarfield

Hi Natalie,

Your lifestyle/dietary change sounds fantastic. Congratulations to you for taking the first and hardest step of admitting that you need to lose weight and deciding to do something positive about it. Well done, I'm sure you'll be pleased with your results and I hope you find this forum as useful and supportive as I do. Good on you girl!

That's a good strategy Natalie. You sound enthusiastic, which you should be :D
Don't forget to start off your exercise gradually and then build up to harder and harder things. That's the mistake I usually make when just starting out... I exercise too much or too hard and end up hurting myself. I'm sure you're smarter than me though...
Anyway, good luck with it :D
