I have been reading your thread and I just wanted to say CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! on your weight loss to date! You made a comment early on about it not being a race. I think that is sooooo true. Much better to channel the inner-tortoise and change your habits slowly and surely. The occasional "breakout" wont matter so much that way because you are eating the right way 95% of the time.
Anyway, I also wanted to say thank you for being an inspiration to me - and many others!
