Yes, you can! :D Just enter the ingredients for a meal into, say, breakfast for the next day. There should be an option for 'save meal' somewhere on the page, click it. Then you can divide the meal into however many serves you want and add notes if you want as well. Then it will be under your saved meals. 8)

Omigosh YAY! Thankyou Czarina!! :D You have just made me a very happy woman!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had kinda an iffy day. It was a long one. I ate breakfast very late, at about midday, which I made sure was more calories than usual because I knew that I wasn't gonna get home until about 6ish to eat. But then, my day ended up going LONGER. I ended up going out for dinner with a friend of mine, we went to Nandos. I really had no idea about how many calories nandos was, so I chose a burger and (gasp!) a regular serve of nandos awesome chips. They were absolutely AWESOME btw. I just got home and had a skinny cow for dessert, plugged it all into the calorie tracker, and came in at... 200 calories UNDER. I'm very happy with that!! The friend that I went with is like a size 6, and she ate half a chicken by herself and a MEGA-SIZE chips. I was like WOW you can eat girl!! :p Very jealous of that lol. But I'm happy with how I did, and now that I know that the burger and chips was close to 1000 calories, I think from now on I'll probably make a healthier choice with a wrap and attempt to only eat half the amount of chips or something, bringing my total to around 400 - 750 calories. Insane right? At least I know that I can eat anywhere :) And plus I'm happy that I didn't help my friend eat her mega-size chips :)

Anyway, I have to go. I still have like 10 hours of study ahead of me!

Lisa.

I was referring to your friend ;) But any girl eating a burger and chips, or a chicken and chips is worth the attention ;)

Nando's is awesome (apart from the sodium content - yikes)! My OH used to work there, lol, I was a happy woman!

Try a chicken steak and spicy rice rather than the chippies. So yummy! :D

Wow Czar! I just checked out the calorie count on that, and it comes in at about 550 calories! That's awesome!

I'm definitely still in the game, despite not blogging for a while now. I've been super busy with exam prep, and making plans for my trip to Europe (only 9 days to go!).

Ok I am baaack!! I did my exams (kicked butt by the way - got 2 Distinctions and one High Distinction!), went to Europe, passed the study course (which counts as two subjects at uni!), went around Europe, got back, went to the Gold Coast to see my new niece, and now I am BACK!!! Such a busy couple of months!

I weighed in this morning at 125.1kg. I will weigh in on Fridays now coz my goal date is a Friday as well. My goal is:

Be 99.9kg on the 31st of December 2010 - a loss right now of 25.2kg in 22 weeks.

I will need to work hard to do this I know, but it will definitely be worth it in the end! I want to break it up into smaller bits first though, so my first goal is to lose 5.1kg.

The first few weeks I'm not going to really bother with my eating, I just plan on getting into a rhythm with exercise - around about half an hour of exercise every day - it doesn't have to be 'formal' exercise, it can be walking around the supermarket or something, but as long as I get half an hour of activity in I'll be happy. I want to make my life more active, and at the moment the intensity doesn't particularly matter to me, as long as I get into the habit of NEEDING 30mins of exercise day in, day out. Once it becomes habit I will focus on my eating, in the meantime is just 'healthy as possible choices, and if I choose bad food, oh well, move on' kind of deal.

Ok, I must be off. I'm really sick and sitting up for too long is hurting :(

Byes!
Lisa.
