Ok I am baaack!! I did my exams (kicked butt by the way - got 2 Distinctions and one High Distinction!), went to Europe, passed the study course (which counts as two subjects at uni!), went around Europe, got back, went to the Gold Coast to see my new niece, and now I am BACK!!! Such a busy couple of months!
I weighed in this morning at 125.1kg. I will weigh in on Fridays now coz my goal date is a Friday as well. My goal is:
Be 99.9kg on the 31st of December 2010 - a loss right now of 25.2kg in 22 weeks.
I will need to work hard to do this I know, but it will definitely be worth it in the end! I want to break it up into smaller bits first though, so my first goal is to lose 5.1kg.
The first few weeks I'm not going to really bother with my eating, I just plan on getting into a rhythm with exercise - around about half an hour of exercise every day - it doesn't have to be 'formal' exercise, it can be walking around the supermarket or something, but as long as I get half an hour of activity in I'll be happy. I want to make my life more active, and at the moment the intensity doesn't particularly matter to me, as long as I get into the habit of NEEDING 30mins of exercise day in, day out. Once it becomes habit I will focus on my eating, in the meantime is just 'healthy as possible choices, and if I choose bad food, oh well, move on' kind of deal.
Ok, I must be off. I'm really sick and sitting up for too long is hurting
