im in my second week iv lost 3kgs and this week im starting to exercise thinking I might try out a gym.

today I had carrots and hummus for breaky
subway - 6inch sweet onion chicken
snack - 4 water crackers with hummus and chesse
dinner - a pork chop with the fat cut of and mashed potato.
I had about 2 ltrs of water and did 20 minutes of exercise.

I didnt have my 5 meals today I was feeling pretty sick this morning so I didnt eat to much today

CW- 104.9Kg
First mini goal - 100kg
GW 70kgs

I had a pretty good day today.

I had 2 pices of wholemeal toast with vegimite
four water crackers with hummus and cheese
pumpkin soup with a whole meal piece of toast
four crackers
a piece of fish and some potato gems (all oven baked with no oil)
I drank 2ltrs of water and did 20 minutes of faster walking my calfs hurt :)

Today I had

2 weetbix and some prunes
3 water crackers with hommus
filet o fish and 3 nuggets
3 more crackers and some carrott
and 2 Ltrs of water
I went for A 20 minute walk due to a recent knee injury this is about all I can do for now I also did some sit ups and weights for my arms

Go to the doctor tonight to find out the correct weight for my height!

today I had

Breakfast: low fat yougurt
Snack : 4 vitawheats with vegemite
Lunch: a toasted wholemeal sandwich with Turkey, lettuce, tomato and cheese
snack: Water crackers with Hommus
Dinner: Low fat home made pizza with chicken and avocardo

20 minutes of walking again with some light weights. Also situps and light weight training
