I also have PCOS which made me gain stacks of weight and also makes it impossible to drop any. But just eating healthy and exercising, and a couple of kgs gone, helped me get knocked up. I defied my doctors and did it far quicker and with less interventions than they assumed.
I also love carbs. And hate protein, eek! I've learnt to accept that i cant possibly ever survive on a low carb diet, so i just try to make healthier carb choices and add as much raw food as possible.
Here's to a healthier you, and hoping you'll be as sleep deprived and smelly as me very soon! (the smell is mostly spit up hehe)
