Still grinding away at it. Not much movement either way. Mostly since I've been doing very little exercise due to work, education and other commitments - or excuses. :-)

Am currently just treading water, but now that Christmas is over, have decided to go with the nuclear option - full weightloss mode enabled, with the intention of losing all my "gains" of the past few years.

How you travelling CB? Getting there?

Up and down. I put on some of the weight I lost, now working to lose that gain again. The trouble is a lot of stress - which is not conducive to maintenance of good consistent habits and goals.

It's a combination of work and personal life. Both feed off each other. Just gotta learn to deal with it.

Hang in there bro, life gets that way sometimes, just about all my tension is work related but this time last year it was multifaceted, glad to say most of that drama is gone now, moving property was a major headache all round in many ways but l got through it, now there is just big bad work which unfortunately is a necessary evil to fuel my expensive lifestyle :lol:
