Hey
I am just writing to keep track of my progress.
i started my diet yesterday, so nearly 2 days down, I have been going well. Eating fruit and snacking on Pumpkin and Pepitas seed's and chicken and vegies for dinner. I started at 68kgs and will weight myself each Tuesday morning. i am going to Bali on 17th Oct and would like to get to 60kgs or under. so 8-10kgs in 3 months. Is this possible? I have also been walking during my lunch breaks for 40 mins and usually do about 30 mins of exercise after work (cross trainer, walk/run the dog, bike ride).

Any ideas/comments on how I can improve my weight loss would be great!
