I hit the cross trainer pretty hard last night. I have the resistance almost on max all the time now. I've noticed that my legs are getting pretty damn toned now. I've always had big legs, but at least now they don't seem all flabby and yuck (well, not as bad as they did anyway). I actually almost broke the cross trainer though
It's only a cheapie that my wife bought a few years ago. I had to stop mid-workout and tighten up all the bolts on it.
Anyway, after that workout last night I felt really good. But, got hit with insomnia something severe. I haven't had the duromine for a couple of days (I did today though) so I don't think that's the issue. Always seems like I have a bit of trouble getting to sleep after I exercise, and the harder I exercise, the harder it is to sleep. It's weird.
I'm so damn close to my mini goal. I'm going to set another goal inbetween this one and the main goal though. It's getting pretty tough to get the weight off now and 10kg between goals is pretty hard to achieve.
I'm going away on holidays with my son (wife is staying at home for her own little break from us boys) for a weekend in November. I want to be down to at least 75kg by then. I think it's doable.
