This is my second week of my new weight-loss program, and I'd really love to keep track of my progress, especially with the help and motivation of people who have been through, or are going through the same thing as I am.
Last week I was at my heaviest point, being 101kg and 163cm tall, giving me a BMI of just over 38.2.
In the past week I've lost 0.4kg.
My mini-goals are:
95kg by 3.9.10
90kg by 15.10.10
85kg by 26.11.10- I'd really like to meet my halfway mark of 82kg by the first day of 2011 -
80kg by 21.1.11
75kg by 18.3.11
70kg by 13.5.11
65kg by 8.7.11- I want to reach my goal weight of 63kg by the 28th of October 2011 -
My healthy eating plan is something I've come up with myself (with a little help from my mum, who has lost quite a lot of weight in the past). I found out how many kilojoules put out by using a calculation I found in a CSIRO total health and well being book. By taking in 2000kJ less than that output, it says that you will lost around 0.5-1kg a week.
So the plan I've put together involves a lot more healthy food, and a bit of an exercise regime. I have a treadmill that I plan to use for in between 10 to 40 minutes a day, along with wii fit.
Hopefully I'll be able to be looking and feeling a lot more healthy by this time next year!
