With the hot blaring sun, beaches pools and shopping. What fun will that be if in too big for new clothes? beaches/pools? lol.

SO i'm currently sitting at 86.3Kg as of this morning which i've been for a long while now.

WHAT I NEED TO DO! Is tone up to be all ready for my holiday which means

*Weight Loss
*Stretch mark prevention (nothing to be done about the ones on my stomach just yet ;P )
*Working on Cellulite and skin overall

Welcome to the forum, Mavican!

There's nothing much you can do about cellulite, no matter what the beauty industry would have us believe. Overall fat reduction can reduce it but there's no real way to eliminate it completely.

Since you've been a member at Calorie King how has your weight loss been going? If it's been going well then it's probably best to stick with it. If you've been having trouble sticking to their plan then hopefully the forum will provide you with motivation and support to stick to it. Starting a weight loss progress journal here might help you feel accountable for your choices. If you've been sticking to the Calorie King meal plan and you've hit a weight loss plateau then it might be time to change your routine.

If Calorie King isn't working then perhaps another eating plan would suit you more. If you really like carbs then low GI helps you select carbs that will keep you feeling fuller for longer. If you prefer protein then a high protein lower carb diet might suit you. There are lots of people using many different methods here, so talk to a few people to see which one might suit you best.

What sort of exercise do you do right now? What sort of exercise do you like? What exercise can you afford time-wise and money-wise? Running is great for weight loss, resistance work is good for toning and muscle-building, pilates is good for toning. If you like socialising then aerobics or dance classes might be a good bet. If you prefer solitary exercise then running or gym work might suit you better.

Almost all weight loss and exercise programs can result in weight loss and toning... the only caveat being that you have to stick to them! So to find what would suit you best you might want to do a bit of an audit on your likes and dislikes and your strengths and weaknesses so you can see what you're more likely to stick to in the long run. It's not just about a holiday in Bali, after all. It's about long term health and fitness. :D
