This week has been a little hectic!
The first 3 days are only protein, so we had eggs for brekky, shaved meat for snacks and 100g of meat (chicken, port or beef) for dinner. We started weightloss phase today.
Today however, my food was:
Brekky: Slice of soy linseed bread with shaved turkey and a slice of low fat cheese melted on top.
Snack: Protein bar
Lunch: Low carb beef burger from work - palm size piece of steak, onion, tomato, greens and two layers of lettuce leaves on top and bottom to replace the bun.
Snack: Protein bar
Dinner: Beef and vegie stir fry.
Snack: Will probably be a protein bar again. I forgot to get hommus at the supermarket to go with my celery sticks!
Since i haven't posted it, my start weight was 88kg and a waist measurement of 88cm.
