OK, I've dropped nearly 2 Kg since coming back from my holidays but still nearly 3 Kgs over what I was before I went away so I'm wanting to get back to my lows asap.. also I've revised back my goal weight of 79.9 Kgs from June 30th to July 25th, another significant date for me..
Haven't really got into the exercising which no doubt helps big time, apart from taking the dog on a few extended walks, nothing.. so I'll have to get myself motivated there.. food as usual hasn't really been the issue, had a couple of naughties but by and large I'm pretty good with the fuel intake, its the exercise output I need to get a handle on..
