yeap... had a day off yesterday... woke up late; suppose to go to gym, but got sort of lazy and a friend invited us for lunch in the city.... since its Sushi... damage wont be so high... started off with Garden salad with Tuna and Japanese dressing. Had 4 servings of sushi and 2 cups of Green Tea... Surprised I was stuffed.... I used to be able to eat 10 plates of those sushi and salad and Soup and softdrinks.... guess the stomach IS getting smaller now
Walked around the city, bought CoD: Black Ops... Yay!
Had bubble teas with my GF... she ordered original with milk and Jelly... while I had peach tea and apple jellies... both large... both of us were bloated after we finished the drink... pretty much full till night... we had a package of Ramen each... and that was it... not the most ideal meal plan, but it was our off day
during the night, I was reading up on Fatty Liver... some one on another forum mentioned about it, and I remember my doc mentioning that I had fatty liver, but didnt pay much attention to it (Coz I was more freaked out about my heart at the time) seems like that and a combination of my removed gall bladder my be reason behind my weight gain and slow weight loss.. and the possible liver damage I may have... BUT, the good news is that it may be reversible, by regular exercise and weight loss....
