wee.... just came back from my paintball tournament weekend... it was a fun time with my friends... good time had by all... lots of food... lots of alcohol...

Im pretty sure I have put on some weight from all the premixed drinks I had.... and the bad food and lack of water, and lack of sleep.... and lots of junk food... oh, and did I mention alcohol?

Anyway... back to work, back to reality... tonight will hit the gym again...

yeap... as suspected... yesterday was mostly water weight...
I had it at 110.6kg yesterday and after keeping myself hydrated the whole day, ate rice again last night (didnt order Lite n Easy for this week) and this morning I came out at 110.0kg

WOW! I lost 0.6kg in 1 night... at this rate I would be nothing by Christmas

nah... seriously though, its disappointing to not reach 10kg lost since I have started... but I have to admit I feel alot better... even my sister said my photo from the weekend looked alot better.... "missing the double chins" she said... :)

9 more days to go till my holiday :P

Hmmm.... The weight drop continues.
Back on thr light n easy for another week before the holiday. Went to the gym yesterday night training my upper body as my arms are pretty weak. Also try HIIT on the cross trainer using the C25k programe. Alternating between level 5 to 15 during the intervals. Was pretty dead after it

This morning weight at 108kg. :) was well hydrated yesterday after 4 Ltrs of water :D

yeap... had a day off yesterday... woke up late; suppose to go to gym, but got sort of lazy and a friend invited us for lunch in the city.... since its Sushi... damage wont be so high... started off with Garden salad with Tuna and Japanese dressing. Had 4 servings of sushi and 2 cups of Green Tea... Surprised I was stuffed.... I used to be able to eat 10 plates of those sushi and salad and Soup and softdrinks.... guess the stomach IS getting smaller now

Walked around the city, bought CoD: Black Ops... Yay!

Had bubble teas with my GF... she ordered original with milk and Jelly... while I had peach tea and apple jellies... both large... both of us were bloated after we finished the drink... pretty much full till night... we had a package of Ramen each... and that was it... not the most ideal meal plan, but it was our off day

during the night, I was reading up on Fatty Liver... some one on another forum mentioned about it, and I remember my doc mentioning that I had fatty liver, but didnt pay much attention to it (Coz I was more freaked out about my heart at the time) seems like that and a combination of my removed gall bladder my be reason behind my weight gain and slow weight loss.. and the possible liver damage I may have... BUT, the good news is that it may be reversible, by regular exercise and weight loss....

Weight in this morning: 108.4kg :D

Planned to go to the Gym last night, but I went to see a foot specialist to check on my flat feet issue. Seems like my insurance wont cover for the custom made sole which will set me back a nice $500... didnt feel like spending that money yet since I will be getting my jaw operated on when I get back from holiday... unfortunately, that would set me back a fair few hundreds too...

hmmm... so putting off the insole for now, but the doc was nice enough to cut me some foams to stick to my existing shoe inside to see how it would improve my posture and feet. only charged me $10 for it...

Weighted myself this morning at 108.0kg :D

Woop Woop :D
tomorrow will be flying off to Malaysia for a 10day holiday and international paintball tournament... unfortunately will also be food heaven (or hell depends on how u look at it) so there will be some set backs...but I guess its the holiday and I have to enjoy myself; but by enjoying I dont mean to gorge myself with food... plus Im more in control of my eating now after knowing when to stop and how to say no :)

surprisingly, the acupuncture worked pretty well... my knees doesn't hurt inside anymore... (maybe also because I haven't been to the gym this week) and the medicine I've been taking tasted horible... something that taste this bad must be good for you..

Oh, and when I get back from the holiday; I will need to go to my dental surgery to remove a bone/tooth growth from my jaw... so I wont be able to eat solid for around 1 week... anyone have any suggestions to what I can eat? Protein shakes and soup is on the list... not keen on Porridge or stew at the moment :( Maybe during that time I can live off the fat from the holiday bulking period :D

This morning's weight is still at 108kg;

well, Im back from my holiday... played hard, eat lots and drank lots at the beginning.. I had about 4kgs of prawns within the first 3 days of my holiday (not including other stuffs)
One thing I did ensure I didnt consume much were rice and cold softdrinks... I try to control my portion to one bowl of rice per meal, while softdrinks were avoided and water or tea were drank.
Since wednesday last week, I have been competing in the Paintball tournament, and we had pretty much 2 meals per day... I started off with a large breakfast, and that would last till late afternoon, and we would have dinner followed by some drinkings....

Overall damage was not that bad... My weight this morning was at 108.6kg.. so a slight rise only. I have been pretty dehydrated as I have not been drinking much water... but now Im back to the program :)

back to work today...
Fever broke on Friday morning, so rested the whole day at home then.... Saturday was ok, but still feeling not 100%... Sunday went for our last paintball tournament for the year... came 2nd for the day, and 2nd for the series... was pretty happy with that.

Weighted myself this morning, and the weight went up to 105.8kg; In a way, Im glade as it means the fluid I lost last week from my fever is getting recovered back.... just dont make a habit out of it
