I'm reviving this thread because I'm BACK! Sadly almost two years later.
But better late than never, right?
Anyway, life has been crazy: I had surgery on my jaw a year ago, stopped my long time job, got two new ones, and had my braces off. And you know, life happened, too.
I got back into healthy habits and exercise about a month ago, and I'm now back down to 77.1 kilos as of Monday. I peaked around 86 kgs late last year, which is the heaviest I've ever been...
What makes this time different? I've taken up running. I invested in a heart rate monitor. I don't overdo it; I have rest days now, which I didn't before.
I count calories, but not religiously--if my body is hungry, I feed it.
