Weigh in day:
300g loss to report, now at 74kg even.
Had to eat more on Wednesday, had a mini panic attack at work probably brought on by low sugar levels so had a powerade and more food, seemed to help.
Would love to be in the 72's at the end of this week so I will make that my goal.
Have a busy week ahead with work and reporting but will manage to go to the gym at least 5 times. Looking forward to it strangely enough. Am finding that I would like a Friday arvo class and they don't offer one, might see if the school kids do swimming on that day and do laps instead, I am thinking that a nice cool workout wouldn't go astray on a friday afternoon.
Hope all is well, no news on Mr Kelvi's job front, fingers crossed for something this week.
